The S/L/A/M Collaborative is pleased to announce the following team members have been promoted to Senior Associate: Tracy Caisse, AIA, NCARB, Eleana Lynch, NCIDQ, IIDA, LEED AP, WELL AP, John McClure, Assoc. AIA, and Robert Zygmunt, PE, SECB, LEED AP.
Tracy Caisse, AIA, NCARB, a resident of Glastonbury, CT joined SLAM in 2005 and is a registered architect, serving as a designer and healthcare planner who manages and provides technical expertise for the firm’s national healthcare and medical education projects. With an eagerness to expand her knowledge, Tracy actively attends national conferences and has presented topics on patient-centered care at the Planetree International Conference. A leader within the firm and local organizations, Tracy is a Director on the Board of Professional Women in Construction’s CT Chapter. In addition to serving the board, she also serves on multiple committees focused on mentoring and providing opportunities for students interested in pursuing careers within the architecture, engineering, and construction industries. She holds a Bachelor of Architecture and Bachelor of Arts from Roger Williams University.
Eleana Lynch, NCIDQ, IIDA, LEED AP, WELL AP, a resident of West Hartford, CT, joined SLAM in 2007 and currently serves as lead interior designer on higher education projects with a focus on health sciences facilities across the country. As both a member of the International Interior Designers Association and a LEED AP (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design), Eleana recently completed a WELL Accredited Professional and will utilize her certification to create interior spaces that enhance the health and well-being of its users. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Communications from Fordham University and a Master of Arts in Interior Design from Savannah College of Art & Design.
John McClure, Assoc. AIA, a resident of West Hartford, CT, joined SLAM in 2008 and currently serves as the Director of Marketing. He directs the firm’s business development, marketing, brand, and public relations initiatives, and manages a team of talented marketing professionals. John is an Associate member of the American Institute of Architects and holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing Management from Siena College. He brings to his role a keen eye for design, love of architecture and understanding of the industry from the business side; John’s unique combination of skills, personality and spirit are what makes him a great leader.
Robert Zygmunt, PE. SECB, LEED AP, a resident of Glastonbury, CT, joined SLAM in 2007 and serves as a structural engineer in the corporate, municipal, hospital, laboratory, education and entertainment resort markets. Bob is a registered engineer in the state of Connecticut and was appointed Chairperson of the Connecticut Structural Engineering License Committee and a member of the Connecticut Structural Engineers Coalition, and National Council of Structural Engineering Associations (NCSEA). Bob also is a committee member on the NCSEA and Connecticut Chapter of the Structural Licensure Committee, leading a local effort in Connecticut to establish a structural engineering licensure bill. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering and a Master of Science in Structural Engineering from the University of Connecticut.
