Fairview Capital commissioned SLAM to design/build its new corporate headquarters of 20,500 SF of “Class A” office space with custom millwork and doors, as well as high‐end finishes. The project needed to be implemented in conjunction with the completion of the office building. The base building contractors’ delays complicated the office space schedule, as did the lack of a working elevator, sewer, water, power, and access to base building HVAC. To keep the project on schedule, steel work was performed for the third floor tenant, enabling the project to move forward. The project was completed on time, and $194,000 of the project budget was returned back to the client.
