SLAM is seeking a talented Marketing Coordinator/Graphic Design Coordinator with strong graphic design skills to support our Market Managers with proposal/interview management, market research and graphics for potential pursuits, and development of innovative ways to enhance and promote SLAM’s image/identity in the marketplace. - Experience responding to RFQ & RFP responses and other marketing collateral

- College degree required/prior marketing support experience preferred
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Development of RFQ & RFP responses and other marketing collateral
- Meeting deadlines
- Overall quality and appearance of the proposal (graphic and content)
- Development/maintenance of sector focused boiler plate to be used as master in proposals
- Written text (cost control, project management, outcomes approach, etc.)
- Preparation of interview materials & tear sheets (preferred images, descriptions, data)
- Assist with graphic content for client meetings and reports
- Tracking, coordinating and managing events, trade shows, speaking engagements etc.
- Support, preparation, and coordination with trade shows and events sponsored or attended by SLAM
- Maintaining calendar of events, and collection of data used in marketing and reports
- Promote firm through outreach, publications, news releases, social media and creative ways to expand brand in our markets
- Maintain and organize our library of proposal materials including documents, boilerplate text, and imagery
- Manage and collect site cameras and progress photography images
- Utilizing firm-wide graphic standards to assure consistent image in the marketplace
