Paul brings more than 40 years of experience in project management, planning, and design leadership. He works closely with clients, consultants, and project teams to guide complex projects from concept through completion, ensuring successful outcomes that align with client goals.

A healthcare design specialist, Paul is passionate about creating patient- and family-centered environments that support healing and improve the experience of both patients and staff. His portfolio includes projects such as the St. Francis Medical Center IMCU-CCU Expansion and the William J. Hybl Sports Medicine and Performance Center, a unique partnership between CommonSpirit Health and UCCS.

Paul is also dedicated to mentoring emerging professionals, helping team members develop their skills and grow their careers while contributing to exceptional project delivery.
