As SLAM’s current Human Resources Director, Renée brings broad-based, business-oriented HR experience with extensive knowledge in all aspects of Human Resources. Her portfolio includes directing HR process and policy development and implementation, compliance, employee relations and performance management, HR strategy development and implementation, recruitment, and compensation.
Renée enjoys collaborating with senior management in developing HR strategies that are consistent with global labor trends and focus on fostering growth and development of team members, including succession planning, risk management, regulatory compliance, ethics, and integrity. She also actively advocates for diversity and ensures employment equity objectives are met.
