Kathleen Neama, IIDA, NCIDQ, WELL AP

Associate / Interior Designer

Kathleen has many years of experience in commercial interiors, specializing in Healthcare. Her passion is evident in her ability to develop evidence-based design solutions and achieve the client’s goals while maintaining sensitivity to the needs of caregivers, patients, and their families. Kathleen believes that physical surroundings are essential to the health and wellbeing of all individuals, and, as result, became a WELL Accredited Professional in 2018.

She is dedicated to creating human-centered, nurturing environments that enhance the healthcare experience and enable medical professionals to thrive, a commitment she credits to strong family role models devoted in their fields of military service, nursing, and teaching.  Kathleen is a member of IIDA and an Air Force veteran, having served our country for eight years.
