Daniel Kantor

Dan has served as Chief Financial Officer since 1999, leading the firm’s financial strategy and operations. He is responsible for finance and accounting, mergers and acquisitions, legal oversight, and risk management. His role includes guiding financial planning and reporting at both the project and firm levels, maintaining key banking and financing relationships, and supporting client contract negotiations. Dan also oversees employee benefit programs, including health, retirement savings, and profit sharing, and works closely with external advisors to ensure compliance with regulatory and reporting requirements.
