Julie is an Architectural Designer with more than 35 years of experience as an owner’s representative, construction administrator and specification writer on large, complex judicial courts projects. Julie’s ability to understand and work closely with the design team, the contractors and the owners makes her a valuable member of any team. Her expertise covers all aspects of project management and quality control. She is known for her attention to detail and willingness to collaborate with clients, consultants, and contractors to successfully resolve challenging issues that are inherent to technically complex projects.
